- 3 1โ2 pounds Turkey wings
- 2 tbsp Poultry seasoning
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Salt (add more to taste)
- 1โ2 tbsp Ground black pepper
- 2 large Onions (chopped)
- 1 large Green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 2 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 3 cups Chicken stock
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch

- Rinse turkey wings and add them to a large roasting pan. Pat them dry and set aside.
- Place the poultry seasoning, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and stir until combined. Add the seasoning mixture to the turkey wings and stir until they are well coated. Let sit in the fridge for 60 minutes.
- After the 60 minutes are up, preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and slice bell peppers and chop onions while the oven is heating.
- Add the onion, green pepper, and garlic to a large bowl, then pour in the stock and Worcestershire and combine. Pour the mixture into the large roasting pan, then carefully surround the turkey to avoid disturbing the seasonings.
- Next, cover with foil, then bake for about 2 hours or more, depending on how thick and big your turkey wings are. You want to make sure they are completely tender, then remove the foil and brown lightly for 15 minutes. Remove a cup of sauce from the wings’ bottoms and stir in cornstarch. Then add it back to the pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens, and serve it.
