Equipment for Making Bang Bang Sauce at Home
Ingredients:
- 1โ2 cup Full-fat mayonnaise (or low-fat mayonnais)
- 1โ4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1โ4 tbsp Salt (or to taste)
- 1โ4 tbsp Black pepper powder (or to taste)
Instructions:
- Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, salt, and black pepper powder together in a small bowl until well combined.
- Check for salt and pepper and add more if required.
- Use the sauce right away or store it in an airtight container or in a bowl tightly covered with plastic wrap for up to 10 days.
Note:
- To make the sauce sweeter, add honey or maple syrup.
