Ingredients:

  • 1โ„2 cup Full-fat mayonnaise (or low-fat mayonnais)
  • 1โ„4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1โ„4 tbsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 1โ„4 tbsp Black pepper powder (or to taste)

Instructions:

  • Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, salt, and black pepper powder together in a small bowl until well combined.
  • Check for salt and pepper and add more if required.
  • Use the sauce right away or store it in an airtight container or in a bowl tightly covered with plastic wrap for up to 10 days.

Note:

  • To make the sauce sweeter, add honey or maple syrup.
  • Add some garlic powder and smoked paprika to add more flavor to your homemade sauce recipe.
  • You can add some cayenne or hot sauce for extra spice and a dash of lemon juice for that perfect tartness.
