Equipment for Making Big Mac sauce at Home
Ingredients:
- 1โ2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sweet pickle relish
- 1 tbsp Grated yellow onion (with juices)
- 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 1โ2 tbsp White vinegar
- 1โ2 tbsp Paprika
- 1โ2 tbsp Onion powder
- 1โ4 tbsp Sea salt
- 1โ4 tbsp Garlic powder
Instructions:
- Grate the onion using a box grater. Be sure to use any juices that accumulate with the onion.
- In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together.

Note:
- If you want this sauce to taste more similar to the Big Mac sauce, I recommend starting with 1/2 teaspoon of white vinegar. After that, add 1/4 teaspoon of vinegar at a time until you get the taste you like. 1 teaspoon should be the maximum you would need.
