For Flatbread
- 3โ4 cup Cottage cheese (2%)
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tbsp Dried oregano
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
For Additional Toppings
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 slices Turkey breast
- 1โ4 cup Baby arugula
- 2 slices Tomato
- 1 tbsp Balsamic glaze
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375F (190C).
- In a food processor (or blender), add the cottage cheese, egg, and spices. Blend until creamy.
- Evenly distribute the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. My baking sheet was 9 by 13 inches, but any larger one will also work as long as you spread the batter into one even layer.
- Spread (or shake) it evenly into a rectangle.
- Bake the flatbread for 30-35 minutes, or until it sets and turns golden.
- Let it cool for 5โ10 minutes. On one side of the flatbread, add your favorite sandwich toppings and enjoy!
