Equipment for Making cottage cheese flatbread at Home
In a food processor (or blender), add the cottage cheese, egg, and spices. Blend until creamy.
Evenly distribute the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. My baking sheet was 9 by 13 inches, but any larger one will also work as long as you spread the batter into one even layer.
Spread (or shake) it evenly into a rectangle.
Bake the flatbread for 30-35 minutes, or until it sets and turns golden.
Let it cool for 5—10 minutes. On one side of the flatbread, add your favorite sandwich toppings and enjoy!

1large Egg
1tbsp Dried oregano
1tbsp Garlic powder
For Additional Toppings
1tbsp Mayonnaise
4slices Turkey breast
1/4cup Baby arugula
2slices Tomato
1tbsp Balsamic glaze
