  • 4 tbsp Taco seasoning ((30 g))
  • 1 cup Lettuce (finely chopped)
  • 4 Roma tomatoes (seeds removed, chopped into small pieces)
  • 1โ„2 cup Olives ((65 g) sliced)
  • Jalapenos (sliced, pickled or fresh for topping, optional)
  • 1 1โ„4 cup Sharp cheddar cheese ((145 g) finely shredded, or mexican cheese)
  • Corn chips (for serving)

Instructions:

  • Combine softened cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl and stir together until creamed and well-combined.
  • Add taco seasoning and stir well.
  • Spread mixture evenly into a 9- to 10-inch pie dish.
  • Add shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, olives, and jalapenos (if desired) to the mixture, and then evenly sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • You can serve taco dip right away or cover it and keep it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve.
